Job Description
We are looking for an International BPO Executive to handle customer interactions for the US market. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining high-quality standards in voice and/or non-voice processes.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from US-based customers

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Follow process guidelines, scripts, and company policies

Document customer interactions in CRM tools

Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance targets

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required

Upsell or cross-sell products/services (if applicable)

Maintain professionalism and proper call etiquette
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to work in US shift (night shift)

Customer-focused attitude and positive personality

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
